Getting On Board
Embarkation begins at the check-in time shown on the cruise ticket. Check-in closes 2 hours before the ship departure time. As a precaution, you and your luggage may be searched and any items that the Company considers a safety and security risk (such as guns, knives, scissors, irons, kettles, open flame candles, alcohol or food) will be confiscated and not returned. Firearms will not be accepted on board and immediate disembarkation will be required. If you are travelling with a Tour leader, you will be assisted in the embarkation process. Otherwise, please follow these steps:
Leave your luggage
Attach the luggage tag found in your e-ticket. Leave your luggage in the dedicated area and it will be delivered to your cabin. Make sure not to pack any dangerous items. Please check the full list in the Luggage section of the app.
Show your embarkation form included in your e-ticket and your document. You will not be allowed on board without it.
Collect your Cruise Card
Collect your Cruise Card at the terminal and have your security picture taken.
Proceed to the security control. Security guards will search your hand luggage and confiscate any articles that could represent a safety or security risk.
Embark on the ship
Embark on the ship. You can embark from the check-in time on your ticket until 2 hours before departure.
If you’re traveling with children under 12, go to the Family Embarkation desk to pick up the mandatory safety wristbands, as well as a ‘Welcome On Board’ Family Folder.
Within 48 hours, register your Credit card at one of the Cruise Card Activation points or leave a deposit at the Reception – Guest Service.
