Your Cruise Card eliminates the need to carry cash on board, giving you ‘tap-and-sign in’ access to all products and services. Once on board, you should activate your Cruise Card for purchases by registering your credit card (dual branded) at one of the Cruise Card Activation Points*. You can do this independently, within 48 hours after embarkation, at any of the Cruise Card Activation points located around the ship. These devices let you register your card simply, rapidly and securely. Please ensure your card is enabled for use abroad and note that you will be asked to enter the PIN number. When using a Credit Card an authorization amount of USD/€ 250 will be automatically requested from your Credit Card (the amount is simply held until the cruise is over). Alternatively, you can leave a deposit in cash or with Pure Union Pay credit card, Alipay, WeChat, at Reception - Guest Service.
You will be able to settle your final bill (delivered to your cabin the night before disembarkation) in any of the following ways:
*except for Pure Union Pay Credit Card, processed at Reception - Guest Service. Please note that personal checks are not accepted.
By Credit Card
If you are paying by credit card with the dual branded Visa, MasterCard, Diners, JCB, American Express or Discover: any expenses incurred will be charged directly to your credit card on disembarkation day.
By Debit/Prepaid Card, Pure Union Pay Credit Card, Alipay, WeChat, cash and deposit payment
You should make sure that your debit/prepaid card is enabled for use abroad. The following debit cards are accepted: Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard debit. Any amount debited from your card or deposited and not spent during your cruise will be reimbursed in cash at Reception - Guest Service in the ship’s currency on the final morning before disembarkation.
